Nothing in the footwell that I can find - but there looks to be a pin hole in the engine bay hose that often appears to be a damp area of dust discolouration around it. Maybe I am misinterpreting, but everything else looks good…

The stiff clutch is the usual arm humming up in the bell housing. It will almost certainly free up with application of a lever and some elbow grease! I am very familiar with this from my MGFs!

Yes, the clutch system is easy to replace - £70ish when I last looked. But two closely related part numbers, which is a little dangerous: I can almost guarantee I’ll opt for the wrong one! Lol

As a temporary stop-gap bodge I 3D printed a rectangular block to prevent the clutch pedal travelling up too high. The system still works okay, so it is one of those temporary bridges that’ll last years if I let it!
