I hadn't long sold my last RRC to a mate when a tosser driving a Clio hit the front so hard that the Clio's windshield was smashed by the RR's front towing-eye! The 'Classic was totally driveable (apart from a smashed headlight & a bent wing) but, as in your case, the IC wrote it off & my mate hadn't the facilities/space to repair it - shame.

I take it, as you're assuming a write off, that it was your fault.
If it wasn't then take the other driver through the County Court to get your Rangie rebuilt.
