I know but it does look good without. I can't put the old one back, it's too rough. I suppose I'll have to invest more money in it getting new matting.

Set of earplugs would be cheaper than the matting.

well guys been 4 looooooooooong years !!!!!!!! not yet fully finished ,never the less "THE GENERAL" is on the road ,past mot today as expected without any problems ,need to tweek pump as he's got no guts but will run it in first ,,,when I've give him a clean will post some pictures ,,,and may if i can get some miles on it venture down to peterborough show (hopefully) lol

I'm just a few years down the road and the paint on the bottom of my doors is starting to blister.
Should have galvanised the frames instead of getting them plastic coated. Absolutely flooded the inside of the frames with Dinitrol. More Dinitrol arrived yesterday, so will be pumping more in this weekend. Next frames will be galvanised What dropped off?
