Lol, where I come from its a big squash like a pumpkin .
Thought I'd ask when you liked the post.
It's a Geordie phrase for a friend. Really it's for a very close friend, but these days it gets used the same as you would say 'mate'.
The interpretation I was taught was that it was for someone who was as close to you as your bone marrow, abbreviated to marrow and in Geordie marra. The old Geordie words are falling out of use, but I like to chuck a marra in every now and then.:)

Update done 700 miles in “THE GENERAL” chased a few diesel leaks all sorted now but the ‘mark one’ gear selector I made as a feasibility study to see if it could be done worked a treat but as I built it without seals it leaked (go figure) so made a new oil tight version happy days on a foot note anybody no the boost psi on a standard 300 as mine is running 16PSI regards gatso

Very clever :)
Absolutely thrashing mine to within an inch of its life, uphill, I can get 0.9 bar on my gauge. That's 13psi. Mine is taken off the back of the manifold.

Yeah mine too off manifold at 16psi pulls like a train loves 3rd and 5 on motorway with the 1.2. Disco transfer box lot of gear changes around town but they are a “drivers car”

Interesting. Yours is developing over 20% more boost than mine.

Mine is 20 psi off a tee on the wategate pipe.

It goes OK
