So did you fully charge the battery before you put it on? and what voltage is it now?

That is too low so you have a problem either with the alternator or the connections like the earth strap. Immediately after starting you should see between 14.4 and 14,8 volts at least. If you have jump leads, put one from the battery negative post to the engine block and see if the voltage improves.
If the voltage is low before you start the car the ECUs may not fire up correctly, and they don't generally recover even when the voltage comes up. That said at that mileage it's probably due a rebuild as well.
With that voltage I'm surprised the aren't more faults showing.

What diag tool are you using?
That's a bit vague. It needs to be LR specific generic ODB readers won't work.
