Fuel burning heater, i went back out tonight and it’s stopped,I touched the rubber hose after 10 minutes it was hot, I’m getting it checked on Monday thanks Allen
The heaters eventually smoke due to being dirty eventually. If it produces heat then it may just need a good clean.

I used to see a lot of FBHeaters on boats, they were always troublesome, sooting up.

I believe they need to be run for at least 10 mins to keep them form sooting up, which does not happen often if the car is started and moved then turned off and the heater does not get chance to heat up and clean itself.
