A daft question! is there anything I should be careful about when jacking up MY P38 with air suspension to take a wheel off to do pads?
Many thanks.

yeah, make sure it wont damage or slip. i usually jack the curved bar bit, its got a name but i cant remember it.

it shouldnt damage the height sensors if you jack the body but it has been known to play up after jacking. not to me tho!

This is true but why is it when you take em off road and one side drops into a bottomless ditch suspended in thin air, this seems to have no effect on the sensors??

dunno but it happens on jacking!! could it be that the ignition/engine is off when jacking and sensors dont expect the change in height to be so drastic? when your in an off road situation the engine will be on????

or is it something completely ****ing different!!! landrover eh!!!!

ooh sorry for that tourettes momemt!:D:D:D:mooning::mooning::mooning::mooning:

gav, have you seen that bloke on telly with tourettes,he smacks feck out of anyone who comes near him, smacks his missus on the nose.:eek::(

The on board jack is designed to fit under the axles and that is the procedure in the handbook..so just use the trolley jack in the same way to remove a wheel etc.
