That's lucky, as it appears I got rid of a lot of Freelander stuff a while back, an early FL1 HU with it.
I have a CD changer, which I think might be FL1 though.

The multi changer was always expensive, even second hand they're expensive.
You can have it, but you need to make sure it's the correct one for your HU, as I believe there are a couple of models. And you'll need the wiring to go with it, as I don't think I have that.
If you can find out what model multi-changer you need, I'll check I've got it.
This one is the "C42" changer - I'm hoping that means it works with the C42 radio - no necessarilly true I realise.

It also looks like you can get the wiring for between £35-£45 depending on supplier and model.
Or maybe a breakers might be a better bet for that.

Ok. I'll check what I've got. Hopefully I'll have what you need. I think I've got 3 or 4 multi-changers in storage, but no idea what vehicles they came out of now.
