Hi Guys,

My P38 has got itself stuck on high and reading 'EAS Fault' on the dash after a trip to the cash and carry. I've seen from other post its essentially the ECU spitting its dummy out.

I'll be getting myself the software and cable as soon as I can to reset it, but in the mean time, will continuing to drive it with the fault cause any damage to the car? Only reason I ask is I've got to pick the misses up from heathrow in 6 hours........

Cheers

I had a similar problem when I overloaded the RR... It did sort it self out., as you mentioned your cash & carry pilgrimage..... I drove 250 miles LOL....

Is the cable for a P38 the same as an L322? Just that you see loads on ebay for a P38?
Sorry for hijacking the thread!
Regards,
S

Unlikely to be the EAS ECU, more likely to be height sensor or the driver pack. May re-set when you re-start. No harm driving it like that but it may go down to the bump stops.
