Hi all, I am new to this forum but joined so I could get some expert advice! I have a problem which I would like views on. I have to keep my Defender 110 outside and because it’s not watertight I am looking to get another (my third) storm cover. The others all ended up ripping. I may not have paid enough before but the range of prices is huge and I am just guessing. Does anyone have any recommendations from their own experience?

Hi and welcome!

How about getting one of the temporary shelters from the likes of Clarke if you’ve got space for one?

I know fixing the problem itself has got to be the best solution. I am not the best mechanically but the video is interesting and I will ask the guy who services my Defender to take a look in a couple of months. Thanks for the tip.

Not just the video, also the pdf link, which shows panel joins etc.

I have my rebuild project in one, as the landy becomes mobile soon on it wheels it will also act as a spray booth for parts to avoid painting the house, the other cars, the dog etc. They get quite warm in the sunlight so good warm conditions inside in the summer for paint drying.
