I've spoken to them, they expressed their apologies and this was a quality control issue - it's now been resolved.on the new one? surely that is not acceptable for a refurb unit.
The offered me two options - they'll send out a new box ready for Tuesday or they'll refund me £50 if i can file the threads myself, and tbh i just spent an hour sorting the threads out.. so no issues.
Hats off to their customer service, they held their hands up and owned the situation and were prepared to fix it. I would order from these guys again regardless of this hiccup.
