hi guys been having a problem with suspension on my p38 4.6 1997 ive had the car for about 3 months and after sorting out a relay problem for the eas noticed the car was not performing well on the road if you can imagine having lowering springs on a car and having a hard ride thats what it was like so i changed all four shockers and the ride is still the same go over the slightest bump in the road and its like the shockers have gone is this normal on a rangie? any help please

no this aint normal.
Are you sure ya eas is working correctly.
It sounds like yer running on the bump stops, but i am sure you would know if that was the case!

Not got your tyres over inflated have you?
From memory they should be 28psi front, 36psi rear.
Perhaps you need ride heights resetting as well.
Does it look like its sat too high up on a 'normal' height setting?
Take a close look at your airbags on the highest setting and see whether they are inflated to the max, you should not be able to see the flat top of the basecone where the rubber joins it. If you can I would guess that you need the heights reset. (and you are at risk of blowing an airbag if you have too much axle articulation on highest setting)
There is a chap who advertises his expertise on EAS on ebay, he has good feedback. Look for airsuspensiondoctor.

thanks for the reply guys will check tyres and height settings as soon as i can get to my local indie will let you know the outcome thanks again
