has that land rover been photoshopped into that scenic wood view? the tyre flat spots and the shadows look all wrong......
its a nice landie though
post the original, I teach photoshop and that's badly overprocessed in post looks like a cartoon, the original is prob far better, directional spotlight isn't needed
for a start when the sun is clearly directional (look at the tree tops) yu aren't going to naturally capture underside of your wheel arches???? , and the pool of light spot?? nope...., subtle highlighting of the proper pic would have been better
cheers steve
But thankyou Steve for the comment, This is my style of photography, which I probably won't be changing for a while!
I prefer your style on your site.....nothing wrong with having a style, I for one use my D300 for mainly HDR a real marmite style of composite image creation... however compared to your jag pic and lowlight mini which are superb.. in my opinion this one just looks way overdone.... that's why earlier posters said it looks dropped in and p/shopped, the Jag is illuminated perfectly but its not isolated from its background... very nice
however not everyone rates hurst as an artist but he earns more than me lol, beauty is in the eye.....
cheers steve
Great picture! IMO
Why not have an amateur photo contest here at LandyZone?
winner gets a couple LZ stickers and the photo posted to the front cover for a couple months?
Just saying....................
How amateur we talking? My landy looks as if its been thrown together by an amateur I.e. me, do I win?
