Hi all,

I am trying to upload photos but it says that my pics are bigger than the 244kb allowed. I have tried to crop them but the file size is still far to big. Does anyone have any ideas what I can do to get them the right size?

you need to resize them not crop and make sure they are jpegs and not bitmaps

They are jpg's but I can't find how to resize them. I use a kodak photo viewing thing and I can't find it in there.
