has anyone out there any pointers on swapping a 1.8 k series for a 2.0 diesel?

I have a good shell with a blown petrol engine (2001MY) and a dog rough diesel (2000MY) with a very good engine.

the only difference I think there should be is the wiring. Any one??
 
wiring, ecu's, tank?, fuel pumps, all fuel lines etc etc if you do a search i think the general concensus is that its more hassle than its worth....
 
I think your right seems like a lot of hassle for little or no power.

Is the rover transplant reasonably straight forward?
