I don’t think you’ll be disappointed. You can actually watch it disappear into whatever you spray it on. I don’t think it’s cheap though.Just looked this up. Will give it a try. Has some quite basic ingredients https://www.innotec.eu/write/bestanden/veiligheidsbladen/21_DeblockOil_1203_en.pdf
Break-free® Clp® https://amzn.eu/d/09RGg4LWMy mate who runs a garage gave me this recently. This stuff is **** hot and probably the best loose all I’ve used. My go to is usually acetone/atf mix, but this beats that hands down.

If you do try it, let me know your thoughts .£17.99 a 400ml can. I normally use PlusGas and then out with the MapGas if things get very stubborn. And for really stuck old pistons in cylinders it's out with the full fat Coca-Cola. Coca-Cola always works on truly stuck pistons. By far the most difficult to remove are the long head to block studs on Jaguar XK/XJ engines... they go all the way down into the water galleys and rust weld themselves to the iron block.
I’ll be interested to see if it helps me with dissimilar metals corrosion. My main holdup in the workshop. It’s quite hard to judge what stuff is the best from what’s on the market, as every seized fixing will probably be different from others. I tried this stuff on an old steel hinge I found that had been lying outside for ages and was totally rusted solid. It freed off in seconds after one spray. It also seems to dissolve surface rust !! Not totally dissolve of course, but enough to make it look almost usable again.
If it’s to let it creep in between these metals why not try ATF/Acetone mix ?? The acetone evaporates out and leave the ATF, so that might work.I’ll be interested to see if it helps me with dissimilar metals corrosion. My main holdup in the workshop.
Yes, that’s a good mix. Used to have a tank of all sorts once, all the solvents and oils used to get tipped in it. A few days and anything would come free.If it’s to let it creep in between these metals why not try ATF/Acetone mix ?? The acetone evaporates out and leave the ATF, so that might work.
Hope it works for you. Keep me postedYes, that’s a good mix. Used to have a tank of all sorts once, all the solvents and oils used to get tipped in it. A few days and anything would come free.
I’ve ordered a can of this new gear and I’ll give it a go.
That’s a good idea actually. I’m going to find something that fits under the bench and chuck some atf and kerosene and whatever else I can find in. CheersYes, that’s a good mix.
