Im after a few more areas where I can go pay and play. I have done Bures pit a few times and also essex off road, both are good fun but i dont want to keep going over the same stuff so am looking for a new challange...


I want to keep it localish as I am still building my truck and quite often im breaking bits, if its within 50 miles or so of home (colchester) then I can go get my works recovery truck if needed. Next year im going to try some more expedition days but want to brake and make it before I go too far afield
 
Thats pretty much it locally, I know if you join the a club in suffolk they have days at their own place. Ask Big Stu or Matthew2richies about it :)

a few pics of what we do on our course at newbourne just out side Ipswich... you have to be a member to drive , and it is marshalled, not jsut a free for all like bures, but cheaper..... we also run TYRO's winch trails and a lot of other activitys, get involved in Giving charity rides on a couple of other courses SLROC have access/have designed and built.

We have got Two driving days in Dec one on the 11th December and the mince pie driving day on the 27th Dec.

Oh and theres quite a few members on here as well.

is bures not marshalled anymore? they used to be proper anal, shouting at you for no seatbelt or even getting out the car :D

From what I understand its new owners, I have been twice and both times it was hassle free, lots of standing around, do what you want basically, only time I see the marshalls was when they were in the scammel dragging people out the mud pit!!

Have I missed something here? He replied to my post and has let me know of another 4x4 course in my area, not really spam now is it, its quite on topic...
 
Not wanting to rock the boat here or anything but he answered my question, he has told me of another site near me to go off roading, in this case its not really spam is it, all the replies not relating to the thread title is more like spam to me???

His only on here to promote HIS course...... not to take part in the general conversation, he never say anything else apart form pushing his site so has nowt of interest to add to the forum, if you ask about is there any were of course he will answer but ask another question that he may have or have not have the ability then na you will not get an answer from him.


I am not the only one that thinks it spam....

could nto even be bothered to say hello either....
