His only on here to promote HIS course...... not to take part in the general conversation, he never say anything else apart form pushing his site so has nowt of interest to add to the forum, if you ask about is there any were of course he will answer but ask another question that he may have or have not have the ability then na you will not get an answer from him.

I am not the only one that thinks it spam....

could nto even be bothered to say hello either....

Thats fair enough but in this post that is what i wanted to know, i can understand both points of view, he may not really be a 'forum' person but wants to let people know of that course, i have used many forums and know its annoying when people dont introduce and only promote but then thats a business tool i suppose... Either way on this post it was relevant and a bit frustrating from my point of view that i had new replies not relating to the original post.

Like i say im not taking sides or anything, im here to find out lots of stuff, its a good resource and it helps to give as well as take which i try to do...

Use standard bushes if you can cheaper and last longer, better flex. If you do use poly make sure you at least leave the A frame bushes and panhard rod as standard as I found they dont last long I thing its the twisting movement they have which is different from the others once muddy water sand gritt is in there they soon need replacing.

Interesting... I may well listen to you on that.... thank you for letting me know, I must admit I do like the hassle less way that polys push ion tho no need for a press.
