All makes and types of road legal 4x4 vehicles, (that means taxed, tested, and insured) are welcome. Please note no tractor or dumper tyres. Maximum permitted size is 38inch tall and 13 inch wide. NO QUADS OR BUGGIES PERMITTED.
In order to participate in our 4x4 days you need to download and complete our entry from at the bottom of this page and bring along with the following Documents:- MOT, Log book (V5), insurance certificate, and drivers license. NO DOCS NO ENTRY! Please dont turn up with out your documents as you cannot drive without first producing your documents. The management and marshals have the right to scrutineer any vehicle, at any time and to exclude any vehicle which is considered not to be safe for off road use.
Drivers requirements
The monthly 4x4 driving days are only suitable for people with some off road experience, you will need to be familiar with your vehicles controls E.G Low Box, Diff Lock, Traction control etc and have to driven off road before. This is to ensure your safety. You will need to have experience of performing a failed hill climb! you will be asked to sign upon entry to confirm that you have off road driving experience!
Spectators - You may only spectate as a passenger in a vehicle with correct fitting seatbelts. Sitting in back of vehicles not fitted with seatbelts!(eg landrover 90 with no rear seats or side facing bench seats without seatbelts) IS NOT ALLOWED. Please do not turn up with passengers if you dont have correct fitting seats with seatbelts as you will not be permitted to use the course. This will be checked upon entry and during the course of the day by marshals. This is for your safety and safety of others! If you wish to passenger in a vehicle you need to come along in the vehicle with the driver we do not have parking for seperate vehicles. No one is permitted to spectate in the woodland on foot.
