Yeah,second that,as long as not britpart paddocks are normally good,but when they cock up they dont want to know about it.

I have said this before and I don't think any one is interested, which amazes me as Paddocks end up costing us all money with their s***part parts, but I think it would be worth drafting a good cover letter to them and get people to write about their experiences and say look sort it out, your suppliers are terrible, some of the stuff is DEADLY. You give them a chance, however, if something is not done about it all the LR magazines will recieve a copy of the letter and feedback letters.
