Hello the windows,mirrors and sunroof will not work i have checked fuses all ok and i also have checked that i have power to the switch.

any help or advise would be great.

How thoughly did you check the fuses, often all seems well but teh board underneath has been degraded resulting in a loose contact.

For all of them to fail like that means either the BeCM is telling the windows not to work with the switch either setup (unlikely) or failure of the BeCM components responsible for the actions. Or it is the fuses/wires from the fusebox into the BeCM that is causing the issue. Check this out first as lack of power to the BeCM replicates the conditions.

Don't want to be rude but did you even try a little bit of a search on here before posting that question??

It comes up almost every 2 weeks, 99.9% of the time it is your window switch pack that is broken. Try and find another P38 to test your switch pack in and you will probably find that your pack wont operate any of the windows/mirrors/sunroof either.

You need a new switch pack basically, careful if buying from eBay, alot of ones with the same problem you have end up on there.
