Hi all,
New to this, i have read a lot about p38's on the forum and very help full it has been,
I have a 1995 2.5dse when i first purchaced it the viscous fan was locked so i replaced it, then found out the head had a crack in it so have now replace that to .
So pulling my caravan to cornwall it starts overheating the viscous fan will not lock, used the air con fans to get me there.
So my question is do i replace again of do i go for electric fan if i do go with electric fan, which one has the same air flow and what diamater is the fan space?:confused:
I want to know so i can get all the stuff before messing with it as i use it every day.
Thanks for the infomation in advance

Get into the Range Rover section and seek out a member called Datatek, he has a great mod to use the Aircon fans through a temperature switch to brig them on when the temp rises.

Using this mod, you can pretty much get rid of the Viscous Fan....

Electric Kenlowe type fans rarely give the same airflow capacity that the Condenser fans can give.

Get into the Range Rover section and search!
