Hi just replaced the front springs on my converted p38 with some standard height hd britpart springs it seams to ride very high now anyone any thoughts

duck for cover dood your prob going to get some flac for having coils on it :rofl:

but it may be a bit high while the springs settle in a bit :scratching_chin:

v8 engine is very light compared to diesel

Have you got the front and rears the right way round ? Ie front and back as by colour marks on said springs ? .. Mine has blue springs and is fine sits quite nice

I wondered if they would settle a bit just starting to think I shouldnt have got the hd springs just wanted to make sure it dident still bottom out over speed bumps

The ones I took off were blue but they were realy soft think they were worn tho

How big are the speed bumps round your way? Even in crawl mode mine dont bottom out

Not that big think the springs had just gone soft dosent feel too good when all that weight hits the bump stops tho
