Hi all,

Could someone help please???

I've been trying to source some roof rails for our P38 (the type that go across the roof from mount to mount) so that I may fit a top box.

Any ideas where and how much in the UK???

Any help would be great.

Thanks,

O Bife

Hi again,

Just an add on to the above:

Anyone got any views on the following and will they do?

Paddy Hopkirk Roof Bars (A 400 series roof bars (2) and the correct foot packs (4) for mounting on rain gutters and roof pockets. )

Here's the link to the page where you can see an image and more details on this item:

Thanks,

I considered the Paddy Hopkirk ones for mine but thought they looked fairly unsightly.

I opted for the original equipment Range Rover Sport bars (part number STC50252)
They were just over £100 for the pair (iirc) and an added bonus is that they are aerodynamically designed so they dont howl at motorway speeds!

Just to update this post, the LR kit is now discontinued.

However, Thule Rail pack (761) and foot kit (4304) fit a treat, look great and seal well with the roof so no whistling. About £100 from Halfords and a doddle to fit.
