I hereby re-name him Icarus, for he flew too close to the sun gear.

Fine smart chap, will we ever know what became of him?

@dieseldog69 ^^^ this is my favourite thread from before I was a member.

This and the one where Wammers tries to explain a P38 turbo pressure to a young grunt - can’t find that one :(

I had never seen it before and I've been around here a few years now.

I am annoyed the clock fella didn't pop in to say he stuffed the injectors and it didn't work but I suppose pride before a fall :D

I watched every night as a guest. Maybe he’s still trying get it running....or died by bubbling himself to death in the shed with fairy-up liquid (other febs are available :p)

He woulda made good addition to the forum but couldn’t take criticism or advice from pros. I mean James knows what he’s tocking about...Wammers tried to tell him - and did in his 1st post!... what did they know :D:D:D:D

I keep eye out see if he comes back, ... not yet.

Funny thing is I did take mine out and clean them up after seeing this...it worked too as I knew not to crack them open or you won’t fix it with all the horology in the world :)

You may have seen me say... I’m no horologist... now you know why :D

He won't be back, he fluffed it and was telt by better men than him, he went back to repairing watches ;)

I have seen those injectors sorted out on a Bimmer forum, they get rolled up individually in bubble wrap and put in the post to the pro's lol
