Mine is on the fuse box2 compressor, both not running, but everything else looking ok. My money is on a duff relay

Duff = defective or faulty. A relay tester can show that the relay is OK as it only draws a little current but the relay can still be faulty.

Check out the compressor connector block, the contacts may need cleaning and squeezing a bit to make a better connection. My compressor stopped a while ago and the problem was burn male spades Clean and contact cleaner sorted it.

If you earth the orange wire in the comp.connector block and the comp runs the thermal switch is faulty.

Here is where the "duff" relay is located
I only say this because if you bridge the relay the pump runs, so I think the contact in the relay is "gefickt".

No, fuse box overheat is a fairly common problem due to failed solder joints and loose connectors. They can be repaired if you are good with a soldering iron.
I would swap the R20 relay with one of its siblings just to see if it suddenly springs into life.
