I never, ever, ever sell my cars to someone local, especially so when it's a car I've really loved and don't particularly want to be getting rid of.

The pang you get if you see them just isn't worth it.

+1 few years back sold my press release car lotus sunbeam (hkv 150v) but shows up regular at classic car shows & in magazines:(:(

So far l am enjoying the l322 but l think if it was a v8 l would enjoy it even more.Even though its a newer and better car its not hitting the spot like the p38 did.

Will put some up this weekend as lm taking the l322 to join him in the pit[emoji51] [emoji33]

Really? - you must be some weird kind of automotive masochist . . .

(Oh, hang on - you've got a Range Rover - yes you are!)

But going to see a much loved previous car being abused takes the weirdness to a new level . . .

Well l regret not really using the p38 after seeing just how capable it is now.lf you think using the l332 is bad imagine a GL420 cdi and the new Rangerover Sports. All these and more get abused every fortnight in this pit.
If there is still light l will get photos

"lf you think using the l332 is bad"

I don't ;).

You can do whatever you want to an L322, I looked at several before deciding on a P38, not impressed.

That's like a sympathy sh*g with an ex 'for old times sake'.

Not necessarily a good idea . . . ;)

Don't know about you but that would keep me busy for quite a while.;):)

I might be getting another p38 not yet decided though.l have a ls7 sitting in my garage was meant for a kit car but that didn't happen. So imagine a P38 with a Covette 7.0 litre lump.
I love p38s l understand how u feel and when l first heard it l fell out with my so called mate.He doesn't understand the emotional attachment
