Have you followed @Grrrrrr 's instructions in the Technical Archive to the letter? If so see post#42.;) we feel your pain mate.

Yeah, i've followed thoose instructions. I myself though that would be my issue, untill i saw the codes matched.
I almsot bought a sync mate... even tho i had my nanocom, i didn't knew it could do it but thanks to @Grrrrrr i didn't waste my money.

This electrical troubleshooting, no doubt this is heavy stuff to read.
I know for a fact that all my fuses are fine, i took my time taking out 1 by 1 :D

I mean, i dont really know what cables to look for either. I've taken off every BECM cable infront and inspected them and seen for irrage, their all good. Blasted off some dust with some very little air pressure (can).

It appears my "main" white connector in the A post no longer exists? i only see cables o_o
I fixed my SRS connector, but i dont know what the small white connector with red and blue wire is. You probably see it in my picture
That white and red connector is the only connector in A post, besides the SRS which i've cut and spliced (sucsessfully yay)

I’m sorry, that is my bad. I just tough i had diesel by injectors due to it laying some diesel at the injector top. But apparently it does not feed more diesel than there already is laying in the injector. It just spews out high pressure air. I guess it always will lay some diesel ontop of tje injectors as long as its not wiped away.

So i guess the fault code is what makes the fip not providing diesel.
So, what can the immobiliser link fault be? I saw a post on a different forum stating that the immobiliser is active when this fault code appears.
Yet my immobiliser and alarm are disabled in nanocom.

We are narrowing it down so there is hope and progress i believe

Thanks for all the feedbacks guys i really appriciate it :)

The Nanocom doesn't turn off immobiliser, only passive immobilisation. Bit misleading.

But a nanocom are capable of disambling the imob system when its imobilised rigth? (Entering eka in nano)

im abit confused ngl because theres so many major, yet small differences between early edc and late edc. In what works with nanocom/diagnosis.
And functions.

my problem is i put in eka and the bellend just immobs again.

Suggestions at electrical troubleshooting? Note it does lowkey smell fuzy from the under bonnet fuse box. It smells electric, with a weird vibe to it. But no fuses are gone and it has always smelled fuzy since i bougth it 1.5months ago

I cut all four white connector blocks ,2each side at the base of the A posts they are known trouble spots as are the fuse boxes if they smell of burning.if you replace it make sure you get the correct one for year and fuel type.;)

What is that small white connector with red and blue cables?

I am going to cut open the electrical tape to see if there is some bad cable splicing. ( the whole bunch of cables in A post). Cuz my stereo was a disaster. Previous guy (or guy before that) had soldered the speaker wires together, easy fix tho. Cut and cable connections. Sound is gooooood, swapped speakers too.

You'll have to check in Rave, all my connectors were corroded so cut them out I think @Brian P38 put a link for a handy bit of kit to do he job, wish I had ordered one at the time.saved you wishing you had a third hand.;)

EKA can be entered with Nanocom on BECM v37 and above. My 1995 is above that so I assume most are. Mine is late EDC too so God knows what the early one is.

Uhm,, i think i wrote to my ecu that its an early edc…. I am almost certain i remmember it says early edc i think… might i have done an oupsie and need to change to late edc? :eek:I cant remember if it was late or early but i think i left mine on early…:confused: Gotta check that tomoroww for sure

Cannot hurt. I am not sure why the difference but it might be the early one requiring the code sending just once and the late one requiring it sending every 144ms or so. @Rick-the-Pick might know.

Oh yeaa :p

Thanks for the help everyone, really odd problem not gonna lie.
the nanocom should've been idiot proof :p:D

i will probably be back with another issue someday :D

The Nonocom is powerful. With power comes responsibility ...

You're not the first to f*ck up but well done for owning up. A very venerable and well respected old member on here once steam cleaned his #4 injector with a jet-wash with disastrous consequences. Cannot remember his name now ... tomfool69ery? Could have been anyone.

I'd save your settings while it is working and also take a few traces as a reference point. Then don't touch anything!

Now now don't let the truth get in the way of a good story. For the last time , I hope, I had leaking spill pipes so sprayed some Gunk around the top of the engine and washed it off with a kettle of hot water!!:p:p:D whilst having a clear up in the garage I found the old number 4 injector and checked the wiring and one was broken I repaired it and now have continuity through the circuit so I have a spare if I ever need it.:D
