I just recently purchased my 2013 Land Rover LR2 HSE and already got a check engine light after 2 weeks of having the car may I please get some insight and the severity of this code.
Thank you for your help I’m new to this pageAll faults are fixable.
Why is it throwing that code?
Why have you posted this here and not in the Range Rover Section where it will be seen by LR2 experts?

Dan, the LR2 is the US name for the Freelander 2….All faults are fixable.

he engine light was on and i was getting shifting problems. So i decided to take to the dealership.
CODE PO7A300 TRANSMISSION FRICTURE AT CLUTCH A STUCK ON CODE P2787 CLUTCH A TEMP TOO HIGH CODE 2872 CLUTCH A ENGAGED YOU ALSO HAVE A CLUTCH B MOTOR THEY NEED TO SWAP CLUTCH A MOTOR WITH CLUTCH B MOTOR TO SEE IF YOU NEED BOTH MOTORS OR JUST ONE.
And in the wrong section too...Stop shouting ...
