yea - i didnt say unneccesary by the way, just put the visual appeal on par with its practical properties :p

i agree though, jai's motor is sorted and the dude behind it knows his stuff also! good person to have with you, and the tits a nice guy as well! aweful combination :c haha

I strongly disagree. I can be a Reet bastid on occasions and I do like a bit of a debate! and stirring things up.

I have a of pictures of me F**king up offroad never to be disclosed! Locked away forever! Ask the Luke Rangie boys. Trialling at Brickhill he got a 2 and I only managed a 3 on an easy bit, Arrhh! Pesky V8's. But he retired and I beat him overall after I cleared the last section, he was trying to keep up mabe a little too hard and blew up his CV joint. Luke and myself always have fun trialling together always a couple of points away from each other with Alf giving invaluable support to us both "Oi you C**t you missed that bit" or "what were you thinking" but its all in the spirit of fun and all friendly which makes for a great day out. Jai

Was thinking recovery points first. Need the tow kit first as i need to move a horse. So will look into recovery points at the same time.

After that, it'll be side bars or side-steps, just incase my judgement isnt good and i side-swipe a tree.

I was thinking of getting a steering guard, (maybe Disco2 or RRC would fit, maybe diff guards as well) and POSSIBLY changing the front bumper and putting on an off road/winch bumper.

Also possibly thinking about getting a snorkel for a nissan patrol and modifying it, just incase i do get wet.

Looks like it's modifiable.

Was going to change my Pirelli STR's to AT2's, just for a bit of better off-road traction.

That was about all I want to do i think.
Steps will reduce your clearance and increase th chances of you becoming beached. The snorkel might be useful, but you got a v8 int ya?TO make it truely purposeful youll need to do a alot more to the engine bay.Have you tried it stock yet?

And leave my Tits out of it theyre Mobs Man boobs!

Carpy hows your drop arm? Has it got any worse I mean the ball joint? Did you find your PSbox leak? Jai

not managed to get to the bottom of the leak, but when the drop arm is next off it should be easy to spot because that is damp, so should be in and around that area somewhere im hoping. drop arm has loosened slightly, and i have ordered a big ass 36 spanner, 14 day delivery mind but that should do the trick. was gonna call you about the swap at some point, may give you a shout in a little while

s above, side steps will do nothing to help that - take it from me. the photo's are on a thread here somewhere, herts cambs essex laning or something. get yourself some rock or tree sliders if you're worried about that, they will hold out where steps are most definitely a very expensive single use item on that front!
