Has anyone replaced their oil pressure switch with one that actually gives an early warning? The standard one comes on at around 0.2bar which to me seems too late!

You’re right but I’d rather not have oil running into the cab so want either an earlier low pressure warning or a transducer setup

Well, ok - but a capillary gauge is the gold standard for measuring oil pressure..... there are electrical oil pressure gauges - but they're not as good, and just another electrical "thing" to go wrong - A quality capillary gauge will last longer than you, so I wouldn't worry about oil in the cab...:)
