So the P38 spent the week with Martyn who did the heater matrix.

Turns out it wasn't the o rings.. the matrix itself had gone so no amount o ring reworking would have solved the issue. Blend motors were also done I now have no book symbol on the HVAC!

A few other minor points noted which wI'll sorted. Drove back .. 75 miles at ahem 70mph-ish (honest) and all good in da hood.. or under da hood.. and the dash.

Cracking job and I highly recommend martyn and his work. He also does other electrical stuff too..

Gave it a clean and a vacuum today..

Sports from what I can gather can be rather irksome on the electrical pixies side, suspension bushes need doing monthly and the 2.7D have dubious reliability surrounding the crank and it's bearings.....

Also, I think drivers look hunched and oversized when viewed from the side, when I was in my L322 they always hated me looking down and laughing at them.

Well I certainly wouldn't refer to the OP as a b!tch, but if I'd known you were coming I'd a baked a cake.:D

If it's all running fine i'd keep it. I don't regret selling mine as another major investment I just couldnt justify, but do miss the comforts compared with the Disco 3 (i do really miss the armrests). Sports are of course much more luxurious but less practical.
Now a guy in our village has just bought an '01 Vogue i have to endure hearing the V8 roar through the village every day :(
