I know fook all about what yers have been upto but I knew you wouldnt be able to pass on me takin the **** !!!! me series is fine all running and ready for more snow :D but I am looking for some kind of magical fuel saving device to get more than 18 mpg outta it though :eek:

true, my thread on my conversion I'm using 30-42le asin warner box as ZEN has a classic on LR box and box is weak point.

I aim to keep 90 as clean and standard as possible, hacking it about isn't going to happen. mountings at most

That's cos with a series engine you have to strain the engine to keep up with the flow of traffic. Bet it's scary overtaking a lorry on the motorway incase you run out of road before you can pull in lol
 
some LR trained tech expert tellin me you cant fit 900's to forward control 2b rims rings a bell! Didn't think the rims were FC rims. Telling me the rims are too wide. When i said that 9.00's were 9 inches wide (tyres) flatly refused to believe so I gave up Also arguing that they are not fc rims and wont fit a 101!:doh:

almost as much front as the geezer down the road cross threaded a bolt holding on his anti roll bar on his fiat. I got my easy outs ouult, he siliconed the bolt head on for the MOT at which point i fecked off! Cant stand twots who give it large when its clear that they know bugger all!
 
i'm 99% certain they are tubed forward control rims very sort after by the comp boys. They are them or very very good copys made for 900 tyres

Sounds like one of my neighbours, looked at his car and mot fail sheet, said it wanted new sills and brake pipes etc.
Heard nothing and thought strange as he was still driving it, turns out he paid way over odds to someone because he couldn't wait till weekend:doh:
Further to that they only patched it in about 12 places on sills and not new sills.

Still at least not my problem
 
many people claim to have 2b rims but are usually just offset 130 rims those there on that 90 were propper 2b FC rims and I like alot!
 
They are defently tubeless dunno if you can re-place tube with car valve and put wind in them of have to make any other mods but they don't have tubes
 
as they were tyubeles and i could not see the land rover pressing and size marks was why i disagreed! if you are going to have a pop over wheel rims you are a sad cookey! lets meet up with our motors and see whos is a pile of crap and whos is done proffesional and correctly! to slag me off is not a wise venture been doing this for longer than most and know what i am on about!
