Agreed, public/school holidays add to accommodation costs plus the number of bobbles you encounter on tracks increases dramatically ;)

sorry to be a pain- but how about someone check out local half term dates- certainly you're close if not on them with one of those dates

I wasn't really being a pain :p I was just trying to be subtle & tell you some of the bleedin big landmines you're about to walk into before you overlook them and start planning stuff on dodgy dates - details boys, attention to detail :p :D
 
I'm up for it (assuming I am free on the decided date/s) and am happy to run as a tail ender if required.
 
spring term ends 30th of march and summer starts 15th of april here and half term is 24th of may till 3rd of june
 
Thought so- same as ours- so 1st weekend in June not great then as in half term- swarming with bobbles & bobblekids :eek:
 
I'm at work at the minute only have limited resources :rolleyes: will look into more detail when I get home.

27/28 April then????

Thats just fun stuff...nah i meant research accomodation, lists etc...given i pointed out two flaws with first two dates suggested i think i'm quite good with details and organisation :p
 
A thought for accommodation/social..

We had a family do' a few years back for about 100 of us and we rented a youth hostel for the weekend.
We had rooms, camping area and a kitchen, can't remember the cost but it wasn't expensive.

I know i'm miles away but anything i can do admin-wise that again can be done via a pooter i'm happy to help with be it charity stuff / accommodation / possible campsite reduced rates for larger groups etc .
