Hmm Possibly the wheels not dead centre as im sure it was before , but was putting that down to drop arm ball joint and swapping wheels on n there a touch of play in steering damper

aint owt on the roofrack thats rattling is it? the ladder roller on mine sometimes rattles randomly at various speeds.
other usual checks, prop uj's, fan belt tensioner slappin about, air con pump and idler pully's,
is it only when moving?

It just randomly just done it again sounded like a wooshing noise something dumping pressure my mate said :-S
 
Lol snap crackle and pop :) Can't see anything wrong no loose or bust pipe also wouldn't it make the noise all the time or at least everytime it's at full boost ?

i'd still be lookin at bearing... easier to check, jack up each corner and give wheel a wiggle..

i had small overheating problem on way home from work... ended up on hard shoulder for alf hour waitin for it to cool.. took bleed off top of rad n not much water.. bleed was hissin a little when i pulled up so hoping it was just a bit loose and let some air in..

took top off reservoir and still full so squished pipes to get some in rad and drove home no probs... topped up and bled system.... see how i get on tmoz....

update........

went out deliverin at work today... got back to find a large puddle under the front of my disco... :mad:

checked all hoses and they seemed ok.. must be radiator leaking.... :mad::mad:

new rad £147 +vat!!!! :eek::eek::eek::eek::eek:


went to scrappers and got radiator assembly of one for £35... :):):)

just swopped everythin over and so far no leaks... :):):)

fingers crossed....:D:D:D
