"This piece of ****" as you call it is actually a very useful hydraulic bottle jack.
Just as a matter of interest, were you ever taught manners and politeness as a youngster?
Most people when asking for help say please, for example "Does anyone know where I can get an owners manual, please?"
Then some kind person will respond by saying "Do a Google search for it"
You can download them off the net.

sh-t just looked under my bonnet and there it was never seen it before
moved it a little and the front of my disco fell off

and give it to some one who would give it a better home

the other bits are usually under the rear seat ..... middle if its a 7 seater with seats in the boot.
if you really are clueless get on ebay and find a haynes manual and an instruction book ... theyll save you a lot of grief

It's the piston return spring bottle clamp, only really used if the gudgeon pin circlip has become entangled in the exhaust valve relief cup.
Under normal operation the handle points downwards. Sometimes the 'head' rotates however you need to be careful of that (sorry to state the obvious but sometimes these simple things are overlooked).
That one looks like it's been used a few times so i'd check the compression ratio's carefully as soon as you can and look for signs of damage on the kettle uplift crank pulley under the exhaust.
