I would tread warily on this - it's an old vehicle to be subject to a snatch-back. Unless you're planning to break it questions like why the re-possession, why no keys, has it got a V5c & (ask yourself) how has it been treated ?
As new keys have to be ordered from Germany through a main stealer ready codes to the car via vin no, I would be very couscous unless it was very very cheep i.e. give away

+1 - 18 years old and on finance ??? doesn't ring true to me at all - have you HPI'd it ? - If it is a snatch back, then the PO would probably have superlocked just for the buggeration value ...
+1 - And new keys are not cheap from the main stealer !! Extreme concous required IMHO..
