Sorry I got confused (very easy to do) I thought this was another laning trip was mega impressed with the vids of the last one
Yes. yes.
Those in your pics are just tie-down rings, not for recovery.
Ask Ollie ..
The following are the best Jate rings, when fitted make sure they rotate fairly easily. If they're too tight the ropes/shackles fitted through them can jam.

If you have a decent towbar fitted that might be OK for the rear. Similarly, if you have a steering guard it might already have recovery points.
So... costs would be fuel and lunch/brews etc. ?
.
Heheheh, I do tend to forget. I shouldn't, but I mostly take pies or snacks and drinks with me and eat while driving ... just hop out for a pee at a gate stop ..
'course, it's not often we take the girlies with us, or when we do, they learn to cope, mostly!
:nothingtoadd:
Looking forward to getting out with you all, I'm limited in what I have in the way of recovery. I'll be trying to build up what's needed, just not sure what. I don't have any strops/straps as yet as I'm not sure on the length that I need.
What time are we planning on meeting?
21st September
