Hello, right as predicted by Wammers I have replaced my LF sensor and now have no faults and APPEAR to be in control of my P38 suspension, however I am still not sure whether this is working correctly despite not having any faults, please bare in mind this is my first P38 and it may just be me not knowing how it works.
So I am sat in my car and have no EAS fault light on my dash,happy... so lets see what this is supposed to do then,at the time the car was in access mode,I press the up button but instead of it going to the next 1 up(low) it goes straight to standard mode and takes quite a while to get there. So according to the manual a steady light will show on the mode it is on and the mode I have selected will flash until it has reached that selected mode, well that kind of happened except it skipped the mode I wanted and went to standard, however flashing light on standard mode, when I said it took a while to get there I don't mean it was rising slowly,it seemed to be going up and down as if it was struggling to find the height it should be at,and then got there, and doesn't look too level but guessing some calibration work needs doing.
So why is it taking so long to find the level it should be at,as I said before,it seems to go up and down as if it can't find the height it should be at.
And why won't it let me select "low" mode,as this will probably be the mode i would use it in most of the time.
After mucking about with the sensors what should I be doing to make it work properly as I seemed to remember my friends 1 working far quicker.
Thanks Gav
