What price do the new RR's retail at now. (just out of interest)?
According to 'Fleet News' they cost £61,000 and running costs, over 3 years and 60k miles (excluding insurance and finance charges) are £51,000.
Kin ell!!

Sad thing wuz Yella, you wuz right. Right, green **** sorted! now, where's da dealer gon?

Sorted!

If you've got the green S$*@ sorted you wont be needing a dealer, I have to go cus i need to polish my rocker covers.
Interestingly i spoke to a bloke in the back end of last year whilst on the beach in my 38 and he had just got rid of his p38 for a rr sport. He said that it was the worst thing he did as it was put together like it was from MFI, his words not mine.

Cheers, Nick.

im gonna smile an even bigger smile next time i see one.
ill be thinkin, for your 2 months lease payments, ive bought my disco and nearly run it for 12 months!
:)

If its fancy and shiny and someone in a shiny suit says its great then we all want one, and when we can't because we have not the dosh then we try and ridicle.
Hmm Who would refuse a sport then if it where on offer and really cheap?????

Yeah But, I dont pay for it !!!!!:D

I dont care how much it costs or how much i could pick a tidy Disco up for, The simple truth is this, I drove around in crappy old cars for years and had all the grief of getting it serviced or taxed or repaired, All i do now is just drive it into the dealers, sign a bit of paper and they fix it, No ringin paddocks up to order bits or worrying about the bill, its all included and to top it all i get a new motor every 2 years.:D

If Land Rover did a Defender 90 for 50 quid a month then lots of people would have one, sad fact is there aint such an offer going.:D

Sorry John, but truly? I would.

I just wouldn't want to drive one about. It all depends what your transport means to you. Mine makes me smile every time I drive it. If I was given a RR sport, free, gratis & someone paid the running costs it would have to have blacked out windows to hide my embarassment at ****ting around in such an ostentatious motor.

It either is or isn't your bag.

Now, can I pour scorn and derision on those who choose them now please? ;)

AAAAAND, Im not knocking Rets fer his choice neither (much), just glad he didn't get a Micra on steroids in the end.
