Hi guys!
Seems a bit daft joining before I even have a landy but i WILL be getting one so I've joined to get advice on which would suit me best!!
My names Rob but call me Shep and im from Bridport down in Dorset! Im hoping to be getting back into off roading but this time do it right.... with a land rover
!!
So the choices are either defender or disco? Two choices BUT SO MANY POSSIBILITIES!!
Ill start off with saying i've been offered a land rover defender 90 2.5 200tdi. Its a 1990 pick up model with winch, extra lights, off road tyres all for £2500. Is this good money? Bad money? Are they troublesome engines or electrically wise ok? Also quite an annoying factor, how economical are they? Good (or comfy) on a long drive? So many questions so thought I'd put it to the pros!
