As said I'm new to defenders so I'm on a learning curve sonany advice is welcome,
what did you think about the price? They seem to go for a lot of money.

£1900 is a good price if the engine and tranny is ok. Heard a few horror stories about lifts but each to there own, mine's a daily drive so pretty much standard for me, it's on 265 tyres so that's lifted it a bit over standard tyres though.

They are basically a meccano set so everything is bolt on bolt off and pretty much everything is do-able
 
I'm from Littleborough originally, but been up in Scotlandshire nearly 3 years now;);)

We come up to Scotland most years for a few days we love Loch Lomond, weathers a bit hit n miss up there though. I love the twice baked rolls and haggis lol

Aye, it's great up on Lomond, I love it up there, having said that, it's not too bad around here:cool::cool:
 
ive never been up to your part, Scotland is a beautiful place, we had a foster girl from Paisley so we used to take her up to visit her nan. She has now gone to uni so now we can explore further up.

What landy do you have?
Do you ever get back down to Littleborough ?

If you go to Glasgow you come within a few miles of me (near Lockerbie), got a 110 CSW 300Tdi. Still got family in the Boro, but haven't been down for a while, must get round to it really.
If you get chance it is really nice right up North, especially if you get good weather.
