If you are using the reduced bore as you showed in another Fred you are gonna struggle.
The needle gun is probably fine, they need lots of puff volume.

. Got new bits so it fitted together properly without all those reducers!In that case it is fubar!
My one at work does run on less than 10bar, bit it is like a wet blanket.
