We just want to thank all that have posted, for your valued support 
We went back this afternoon, took a copy of the HPI report, and were given all our money back, for the disco and 12 mths tax. They told us they didn't even know it was a CAT D, surely this would have been on the log book? Plus hubby told them it wasn't taxed, they had no answers for this.
So we now have our Mondeo back, and all monies paid (well have a cheque, so will be at the bank first thing tomorrow morning)
