Hello, I would be very grateful if anyone has a nono on available to switch of alarm, eka settings on my becm.
The car is having sync issues.
I live in dalgety bay, Fife, Scotland.

I was asked to check out lrzip map for assistance with borrowing a nanocom. I am not broken down, nor need immediate assistance.
I just require someone local to me to offer their nanocom to unlock becm and turn off security.

That's OK, open the map and see who you can find in the county of Scotlandshire.

There seems to be a fella in Edinburger.

Open the thread that says MAP and type in Fife and aways you go good buddy, 10/4 :)

He won't be able to read engine but it'll probably do most other functions. His will be WABCO D so won't do ABS for pre-99 diesels.

Hi, well I'm working away till Thursday.

I was planning on buying a syncmate whilst I'm away and when I get back use that. BUT as a few have suggested I could use a nanocom to resync and then switch off the security. Which would mean I don't need a syncmate to keep in the car, just incase.
I have been advised that it would cost £50 to get the p38 diesel module activated on your nanocom.
How would we go about using your services?

My RR is off road at the moment while I find a weekend where its not raining to do work. It doesn't fit in the garage so I reckon July 2031 will be about right.

In the meantime, nanocom is always available. Happy to meet in Edinburgh if that helps (I live out in East Lothian). As for Diesel module, as I don't have a derv, I don't have it enabled but if you wanted to fork out for it, be my guest. Using my nanocom is free of charge, you just need the module I'm guessing :)
 
Still away working.

But I'm going to offer domino that I pay for edc module for nanocom, £58, and also offer to pay train fares from his home to dalgety bay.

The syncmate is £130 to buy so if domino accepts hopefully I can hand him £100 all in for his generous offer to help me.

I have not pm him yet to say.

And the nanocom will not work on diesel p38 without the edc module.
 
Will sort something out but I don't want cash for coming along to help. Just pay it forward to another member when the time comes :)
 
Yes, keeps hanging when you try to submit anything. Might be doing maintenance?
