Ride height sensors have two lives, they can be swapped to the opposite side, which makes the pivot arm rotate 180 deg, making the inner workings rub on unworn surface and all is good again, you can also swap front to back, just need to use a bit of rubber grease and swap the attachments off the arms. So i'd be extra ****ed if they can't find them.

Well, I went to the scrap yard this morning and got myself a drive pack came home disassembled my own unit attached 2nd hand one and reassembled. I am now back on the road. The suspension does need calibrating, but that's a job for another day.

Also, went back to the Stratstone dealership in Perth (in the RR) asking for my ride height sensors and I was told that they had indeed been thrown away. So I asked for my money back, and of course was told no as 'you needed them'. With Stratstone disposing of them I now have no way to prove or indeed disprove them. I was invited to speak to the service manager tomorrow when he returns from down south so the saga continues!

Is it worth suing them (assuming legal grounds), or am I just being the complete bastard I know I am?

send them a letter (registered post) detailing everything, but be nice and polite, also state what you want them to do.

make sure you mark it LETTER BEFORE ACTION and keep a copy, you can always get your fre half hour with a solicitor!!

Well I am a very chap. The suspension survived the night without losing air (not bad considering I fixed it!), and this lunchtime I 'borrowed' a flat floor and calibrated it. The EAS is now doing what it was designed to do and auto adjusting as needed.

I have also today replaced my driver pack, I wasn't aware I had to calibrate the suspension...?

Well unless you replaced it while the vehicle was an a evenly flat surface then you may not need to (but others may correct me). Unfortunately I didn't so had to re-calibrate.

You don't need a flat floor when you replace the driver pack, with the EAS frozen it has no idea you have got your hands on it's privates! I suspect Woogoo neede to re calibrate because it had been Stratstoned and had all 4 height sensors allegedly replaced.
