Well if you believe your correct, Then that's fine. But if your giving advice please give the all the information not just the bits to make yourself look good or not whichever the case
Wheel spacers unless declared to your insurance company will invalidate your insurance, Same go's for non standard wheels and even tubeless tyres, larger or taller than standard tyres.
Be very careful of advice given regarding your car. What might pass a Police officers inspection as Legal, could turn into a very distressing place to be in an incident and your insurance company are involved.
