i can get upto 23 on motorway, coupled with the gas thats around 35 equivalent ish. lpg is 48.9 where i live!!!

a good way to get high mpg is on the m/way cruising at 55 or 70 or anywhere inbetween. keep pressing the trip reset, it will give you around 45mpg!!!!

Over the last 12000 miles my 4.6 has averaged 15.3mpg according to the trip computer at an average of 24mph. On a run it will do around 21mpg and towing the caravan around 17mpg.
As others say I don't care about consumption I work hard for my little pleasures in life.
When I replace the current car I'll be looking for a petrol L322.

All the best

Steve.

Year 2000 Vogue with 39k on the clock, getting 17.2 on average with general running within 20miles from home. managed 23.8 on the motorway, 4 up doing 56mph passed nothing. had a towbar fitted yesterday looking forward to towing mpg figures

Around 22mpg with my 4.6 Vogue. Would never drive a diesel! Great improvement since fitting magnecor leads and new manifold.

You must live in a motorway service station to get that kind of average. 22 quite possible on a steady run, but as soon as you hit stop start traffic 22mpg is in the land of make believe in a 4.6 V8

why do you disbelieve a respected member of this forum, she is telling you what she is getting from HER rangy, you might not get that mpg, doesn't mean to say she cannot.

Have you got a thing for Rangie Gal?

You appear to be juming to her defence at every opportunity.
