Hello all,

I'm new to the forum and landrover ownership. I've had a series IIa for a month now. It has not been on the road for a while (10 years) but is generally fairly tidy. Work so far has been going well unfortunately started peeling off an "I love my landrover" sticker to reveal a hole in the rear crossmember, so far I have followed the rot inside the chassis to the rear spring hanger. Is there anyone in the peterborough area that knows a good welder?

Have been reading lots of threads on here for a while now and really enjoying it, I didnt think it would be long before I needed some expert advice.

Buy a welder and the practice lots on some old bits o steel it will save ya a fortune in the long run
