Hi all,
I have a rattle on my door window, and when I look at the vertical seal, it's basically all gone thin and if you touch it, it just turns into powder... I popped into Paddocks, but the seal they had was much too thick.

I seem to remember reading something about someone saying about rubber seals (I've searched and can't find it) - does anyone have any ideas for something that will replace them?

Thanks in advance

Thanks Callisr
I read that one, and I've found somewhere that does the felt lined rubber extrusions, and I ordered some (about £5/m and I got 3 m as I think that should do both the windows)

I'll try fitting it first, and if (when) it works, I'll post the details so that others can see if they like them.

Same with my 90 have threaded a wide cable tie under bottom runner whuich seems to work for now.

OK, A bit late, but it took me a little time to get around to taking the door top out to fix a few things at the same time.

This is the flocked window rubber that I got
https://coh-baines.co.uk/product/channel-6mm-id-15m-coil/

I didn't get the full 15m coil, but they sold me some by the metre (it wasn't cheap, but did the job :) )

I fitted it to the vertical part of the window frame, and it works really well there, but it seems just a tiny bit too big in the top to allow the windows to slide easily, perhaps it would bed in, but I was fortunate enough to have sufficient felt from the verticals to put in the top, so I didn't need to use it there.

Hope that this helps someone in the future
